Being straight with you: I haven't been doing this for 20 years. I'm using AI tools to speed up the design and build process, which is why I can charge £25 a month and still make this work. The honesty is part of the offer, not a caveat.

Common questions.

How is this £25 a month? Is it any good?

It's £25 a month because the build is AI-assisted and the hosting is on a free tier (Netlify or Cloudflare Pages). The quality is the same as a properly-built agency site costing 4x. The difference is I don't have an office, employees or markup to fund. Look at the previews, judge for yourself.

What's actually included in the monthly?

Domain renewal, hosting, the contact form working, and small content changes through the year (price update, new service, swap a photo, change opening hours). Anything that takes me less than 30 minutes. Major redesigns and new features are quoted separately.

What happens if I want to leave?

On the monthly plan, you stop paying, the site comes down. On the one-off plan, you keep the files forever and can take them anywhere. Either way, no contract, no early-termination, no awkward conversations.

Can you build me a shop with online ordering?

No. This is a marketing site for local trades and small businesses, designed to make the phone ring. If you need online checkout, booking systems, or anything Shopify-shaped, you need a different kind of agency.

Are you Gas Safe / FMB / NICEIC / etc?

No, those are trade body memberships for plumbers, builders, electricians. I'm a website builder, not a tradesman. Your site can prominently display whatever trade memberships you have, and we'll add them properly.

How do I know it'll actually get me work?

Honestly, a website on its own won't get you new work. Your reviews, your reputation and word of mouth do that. What a good website does is make sure when someone Googles you after a recommendation, they find a professional page that backs up the trust they've already heard. The site stops you losing leads, it doesn't generate them out of thin air.

Who owns the domain and the website?

On the one-off plan, you do, completely. Files and domain in your name, take them anywhere. On the monthly plan I host it and handle the domain for you, and if you ever leave I export everything and hand it over. No hostage situations.

How fast can my site be live?

The preview is usually ready within 48 hours of you sending your details. Once you say yes: domain, hosting and contact form are typically live within 2 to 3 working days.
